For those who carry Ireland in their ancestry or in their hearts, a deep call of longing often arises: a yearning for home, for belonging, for connection to land, story, and spirit. Across oceans and generations, the stories of Ireland are alive in the waterways from the sacred wells of Ireland, across the Irish Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, to the rivers, ports, and canals of the Eastern coast of America. Through the living waters of the Earth and the bloodlines within our bodies, we remain part of the great tide of migration, remembrance, and return.
This two-day constellation workshop will explore the many currents of the Irish diaspora—the leaving and the staying, what was lost and what survived, the resilience that carried families through famine, exile, and renewal. Guided by visiting Irish facilitator Roisin Fallon, with ceremonial and supportive elements led by Sarah Rehfuss Bastian, we will enter the field of the ancestors to listen to what still longs to be seen and remembered.
Róisín Fallon first encountered constellations in a yurt at Earthsong camps in Ireland and then embarked on a training journey to become a facilitator in the UK under the guidance of Barbara Morgan in 2013/2014. This marked the beginning of a transformative and magical path, leading her to apprentice and assist Barbara from 2015 to 2021. Since 2021, she has been dedicated to training facilitators across both Northern and Southern Ireland while continuing to lead workshops whenever possible. Róisín is one of the founding members of the annual Ireland Family Constellations Camp. She’s thrilled to bring her heartfelt work and way across the ocean for the Waterways workshop.
Through systemic constellations, ritual, and embodied connection with the waters and lands that hold these memories, participants are invited to explore:
Longing, belonging, and the ancestral memory of home
The themes of survival, sovereignty, and nourishment
What was carried forward through exile—and what was left behind (grief and longing)
The wisdom of the land, water, and nature beings that remember
The mystical and cyclical worldview still pulsing through the Irish soul
Entangled inheritance of hierarchy, rebellion and resilience
For some, this may be a return—a reconnection with ancestral roots. For others, it may be an honoring of a deep love for Ireland and her living traditions. All are welcome who feel the pull of these waterways and wish to connect with what they carry within them.
Cost: $333
